In the spring of 2022, a shooting in Tupelo, Mississippi, resulted in the death of 21-year-old Raybric Mims. On the night of April 8th, Tupelo Police were called to Hodges Drive around 10 p.m. following reports of a disturbance that was followed by gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mims, who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
