In the spring of 2025, a violent encounter tragically cut short the life of 19-year-old Joe Luis Barrera-Pinzon. On the night of April 8th, at approximately 10:23 p.m., police were dispatched to the 6200 block of Bimini Court in Chesterfield County, a community near Richmond, Virginia, following reports of a shooting.
