On a summer day in August of 2015, the lives of two young fathers from Richmond, Virginia, were tragically cut short. Larnell Augusta Logan Jr., a 25-year-old Black male, and his friend, Titus Tercell Howard, were discovered deceased on August 25, 2015, inside an apartment in Henrico County. Both men had sustained apparent gunshot wounds, and their deaths were quickly ruled a double homicide by authorities.
