On the night of June 18, 2025, 47-year-old Rashad Baylor, a male from Richmond, was found on the ground with a gunshot wound in the 1600 block of Rosecrest Avenue, in South Richmond’s Hillside Court. Officers had been dispatched just before 10 p.m., and medics rushed the 47-year-old male to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
