On March 23, 2014, Deandre Williams, a 27-year-old Black male from Rialto, California, was fatally shot during a house party in San Bernardino. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. in the 5500 block of North Osborne Court, a residential area near California State University, San Bernardino. Williams sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
