Rashard Lewis, a 31-year-old father of four, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2022, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred at the Belt Atlantic Apartments, where Richmond police responded to reports of a shooting around 12:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Rashard Lewis and another man suffering from gunshot wounds.
