In a tragic turn of events, 15-year-old Anthony Brown, a male from New York City, lost his life in Richmond, Virginia, on November 20, 1991. His death was the culmination of a planned robbery that escalated to murder. Brown had traveled to Richmond carrying drugs, a fact that set in motion the fatal encounter.
