Anthony Brown, a 15-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on November 20, 1991. The circumstances surrounding his death were harrowing and involved a series of criminal activities. Brown, originally from New York City, had traveled to Richmond carrying drugs strapped to his thigh.
