In the early morning hours of June 4, 2020, the life of 18-year-old Brendan 'Bubba' Collins was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Henrico, Virginia. A male, Brendan succumbed to his injuries at the scene, leaving a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss of a young life. The incident unfolded just after 1:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Montbrook Lane, a residential area that was suddenly thrust into the center of a homicide investigation.
