Floyd Jacob Gilbert Jr., aged 69, was tragically found dead on November 24, 2019, in Henrico County, near Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:25 p.m., when police were called to the 1000 block of Mill Road following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Floyd Jacob Gilbert Jr. deceased at the scene.
