In the spring of 2019, the life of 18-year-old Tavian Armand McFarland, a Black / African American male, was cut tragically short. On the evening of April 3rd, in the 200 block of Reams Court in Chesterfield, Virginia, what began as a seemingly ordinary day ended in a devastating incident.
