On New Year's Day in 2006, the city of Richmond, Virginia, was shaken by a horrific discovery that marked the beginning of a reign of terror. Bryan Harvey, a 49-year-old male, was found murdered in his home alongside his wife, Kathryn, and their two young daughters, nine-year-old Stella and four-year-old Ruby.
