Antwan Lamont Brooks, a 38-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2017. On that day, Henrico Police and Fire responded to a traffic crash in the 100 block of Trafton Street around 7:00 a.m. Upon arrival, they found a cab that had struck a parked vehicle.
