In the final moments of a warm August evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 42-year-old Kennard Hall, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On August 31, 2024, just a minute before midnight, Richmond Police were called to the 2100 block of Fairfield Avenue after reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Hall on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
