On a summer day in 2015, the life of 33-year-old Titus Tercell Howard was tragically cut short. On August 24th, Henrico Police were called to a residence in the 5500 block of Pony Farm Drive, where they discovered a grim scene. Inside the home, Mr. Howard, a resident of Richmond, Virginia, was found deceased alongside another man, Larnell Augusta Logan. Both men had sustained apparent gunshot wounds.
