Rajulbhai Raj Naginbhai Patel, a 35-year-old convenience store owner, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2016, in Richmond, VA. Patel was the owner of the Tobacco Town convenience store located in the 1100 block of Wilkinson Road in Henrico County.
