In the fall of 2016, a community in Henrico, Virginia, was shaken by the violent and untimely death of Rajulbhai Raj Naginbhai Patel. The 35-year-old male was a familiar face to many as the owner of Tobacco Town, a local convenience store. On the evening of November 11th, what began as a robbery escalated into a fatal encounter that would leave a lasting impact on those who knew him.
