In the late summer of 2015, the life of William S. White Sr., a 31-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On or around August 23rd or 24th, he was killed in a shooting that took place in the 700 block of North 35th Street in Richmond, Virginia. This act of gun violence also claimed the life of another individual, 26-year-old Rashamella L. Willingham.
