In the summer of 2006, the life of Robert Allen “Bobby” Chassereau, a 47-year-old white male from Richmond, Virginia, was brought to a brutal and tragic end. On June 20th of that year, his body was discovered in a homeless encampment situated near the Acca train-switching yard in Henrico County.
