In the summer of 2015, the life of 22-year-old Kempton D. Moore was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. On June 27th, police responded to a call that led them to a school playground on 1st Avenue. There, they discovered Moore's body; he had been fatally shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
