Jarod Buford, a 22-year-old from Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2016, in a shooting incident in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred on the city's Southside, specifically in the 4100 block of Midlothian Turnpike, near the Midlothian Village Apartments.
