Javonte T. Mangum, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2019. According to reports, Mangum was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning. Richmond police responded to a call about random gunfire at approximately 3:47 a.m. on Creighton Road. Upon arrival, officers found Mangum suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
