Marvin D. Walters, aged 36, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. On that day, Richmond Police responded to a call at the Villas of Oakwood, located in the 3500 block of East Richmond. Upon arrival, they discovered Walters and another individual, Kenroy A. Cummings, both deceased. The initial reports indicated that both men had suffered fatal injuries.
