Trequan “Trey” Holmes, an 18-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2015. Holmes was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers. His death was a result of a violent crime, and the case has been under investigation by the Richmond Police Department.
