D'Marcus Antwyne Hooper Jr., a 17-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, was tragically shot in the head on March 7, 2018. He succumbed to his injuries two days later on March 9, 2018, at VCU Medical Center. Known for his vibrant personality and love for celebrations, D'Marcus was affectionately called the "prince of turn up" by his mother. He had dreams of celebrating his 18th birthday in grand style, reflecting his zest for life and his close bond with his family and friends.
