On June 10, 2018, at approximately 11 p.m., Richmond Police officers were responding to an unrelated call near the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue in the Washington Park area when they discovered Herbert Carter, 37, and Quentin Robinson, 25, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
