Desean McDowell Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2020, following a double shooting incident in Henrico County. The shooting occurred on the afternoon of April 24, 2020, in the 1800 block of Buckner Street.
