In the spring of 2020, the life of 26-year-old Desean McDowell Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Friday, April 24th, Henrico County Police responded to a call of a shooting in the 1800 block of Buckner Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims, McDowell and an adult female. Both were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
