Death by Force

On September 9, 2015, Anthony D. Addison, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred around 11:42 a.m. in the 2100 block of Accommodation Street within the Mosby Court public housing complex. Upon arrival, police officers found Anthony D. Addison and another victim, 33-year-old African American male Jawaun L. Hargrove, both suffering from gunshot wounds. They were transported to a local hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
