Randolph Scott Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Chesterfield County, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2005. The incident occurred in Richmond, VA, where Scott was found in the driver's seat of his 1995 Cadillac at the corner of Pompeii Springs Road and Lauradale Lane. Responding to reports of random gunfire and a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road, Richmond Police arrived at the scene around 3:50 AM.
