On the evening of Friday, March 2, 2018, the life of 25-year-old Winfred Steward was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Richmond, Virginia. The young man, known affectionately as 'Winky' to his friends and family, was a graduate of John Marshall High School and was remembered for his warm heart and the joy he brought to those around him. He was a father, a son, and a friend, whose sudden death left a void in the lives of his loved ones.
