In the winter of 2019, a life was tragically cut short in Henrico, Virginia, just outside of Richmond. On the evening of January 18th, emergency responders were called to the 600 block of N. Laburnum Avenue around 5:40 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered two men who had sustained gunshot wounds. One of these men was 29-year-old Sylvester M. Brown Jr.
