In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 29-year-old Shamar Trimmer was tragically cut short. On March 30, 2025, in a parking lot in the Shockoe Bottom neighborhood, Trimmer was found suffering from a gunshot wound. The call came in to police at approximately 3:30 a.m., reporting a person shot in the 1800 block of East Main Street.
