In the early hours of March 14, 2018, a burst of violence outside a Richmond, Virginia strip club tragically ended the life of 33-year-old Timothy Vest. The Black male was in the parking lot of the establishment on Hull Street Road when gunfire erupted at approximately 1:09 a.m. Richmond Police officers responded to a call about the shooting and arrived to find a chaotic scene with two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
