In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 24-year-old Terrell M. Hancock Jr., known to friends and family as 'Dexter,' was tragically cut short. On September 19, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night in the 1500 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike.
