On September 19, 2023, 24-year-old Terrell "Dexter" Hancock was fatally shot in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike, where officers found Hancock deceased at the scene.
