In the late hours of a winter evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Ericelle C. Coleman, a 27-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short. On Monday, February 1, 2016, at approximately 10:12 PM, police responded to reports of gunfire in the 3100 block of the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike. Upon their arrival, they discovered Coleman suffering from a single gunshot wound.
