In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in March 2020, the life of 22-year-old Ronald D. Cosby Jr. was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. On March 4th, at approximately 9:11 a.m., a call came into the Richmond Police Department about a vehicle parked in an alley in the 3200 block of Cliff Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a grim sight: inside the car was the lifeless body of a young man.
