On a late summer afternoon in Richmond, Virginia, a quiet street became the scene of a tragedy that would leave a family searching for answers. On August 22, 2019, a Thursday, police officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Conrad Street around 1:47 p.m. following a report of a person down.
