On April 30, 2019, Reginald K. Addo, a 40-year-old Black male, was tragically killed in his home on Chateau Drive in South Richmond, Virginia. The incident unfolded as a robbery, during which Mr. Addo sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Despite immediate efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries while en route to the hospital.
