Reginald K. Addo, a 40-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2019. Addo was found shot in his home on Chateau Drive in South Richmond. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
