In the early moments of an autumn Wednesday, the life of Roddell L. Mayfield, a 27-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On October 16, 2019, just after midnight, the sound of gunfire pierced the quiet of the Jefferson Townhouses on Mosby Street in Richmond, Virginia.
