In the early hours of a Friday morning in July 2018, the life of 46-year-old Terrance C. Peters was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire outside a Richmond, Virginia nightclub. The male victim was in the Scott's Addition neighborhood when the shooting erupted, leaving him with a fatal wound. When Richmond Police officers responded to the scene on Roseneath Road at approximately 2:07 a.m. on July 13th, they found Peters deceased.
