Andrew Lavar Roberts, a 23-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2023, in Richmond's East End. The incident occurred in the 2400 block of Ford Avenue, near Sussex Street. At approximately 7:39 a.m., Richmond Police officers responded to a report of a person down in the area.
