Terrance D. Everett, a 19-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2005. On that fateful day, at approximately 4:30 PM, Richmond Police responded to a call reporting a person shot in the 2100 block of North 23rd Street. Upon arrival, officers found Terrance Everett, also known by his nickname "T-Dog," lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
