In the early morning hours of a Monday in Richmond, Virginia, the sound of gunfire shattered the pre-dawn stillness. On October 21, 2024, at approximately 1:26 a.m., police responded to a report of random gunfire in the 5400 block of Hull Street Road. Arriving at a parking lot in the area, officers discovered a grim scene with three adults suffering from gunshot wounds.
