On December 14, 2023, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Richmond Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2300 block of Rosetta Street, located in the Fairfield Court area of Richmond, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers discovered two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds.
