A quiet Sunday morning in Richmond, Virginia took a tragic turn, resulting in the death of 58-year-old Casper R. Jones. On January 13, 2013, emergency services were called to a home in the 2300 block of Whitcomb Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jones suffering from a gunshot wound.
