Tavario E. Gates, a 23-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on May 7, 2019. Gates was found shot to death in his car at 1120 Courthouse Road in Chesterfield County. The investigation revealed that Gates, along with three other individuals, had conspired to shoot a known individual in a vehicle parked on Ronaldton Road.
