In the autumn of 2015, the life of 33-year-old Ashley Marie Whiters was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. On November 16, 2015, her body was discovered in an alley, the victim of multiple gunshot wounds. The violent nature of her death prompted an immediate and thorough investigation by the Richmond Police Department.
