Monique Lambert, a 40-year-old woman from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on April 11, 2024, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred on the 1600 block of Spotsylvania Street in Richmond. Lambert was not the only victim of this violent crime; her partner, 43-year-old Sherwarren Fleming, was also shot and killed in the same incident.
