On a September evening in 2014, the life of 26-year-old Saquenta Dixon was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. She and her devoted companion, Andre Todd, also 26, were fatally shot on September 15th in the parking lot of the Meadow Creek Apartments on Hull Street in Richmond, Virginia, where they lived together. The sudden violence of their deaths left the community in shock and mourning.
