Charneice Nicole "Char" Williams, a 36-year-old mother of four girls from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on April 19, 2023, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Decatur Street, where Williams was found dead in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide.
