In the spring of 2023, the life of 36-year-old Charneice Nicole 'Char' Williams was tragically cut short in what police have described as a possible murder-suicide. On the afternoon of April 19th, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 3200 block of Decatur Street in Richmond, Virginia, following a report of two people being down inside the home. Upon their arrival, they made the grim discovery of a woman and a man, both unresponsive and having sustained apparent gunshot wounds.
