Elizabeth Ziegler, a 34-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on May 17, 2018. On that fateful afternoon, Elizabeth and a friend were walking along the 4200 block of Walmsley Boulevard when they encountered a man who suddenly pulled out a firearm and began shooting at them. Elizabeth was struck multiple times and, despite being rushed to a local hospital and undergoing surgery, she succumbed to her injuries later that day.
