Death by Force

Desiree Shante Fletcher, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on May 10, 2018. Fletcher was found in an alley along Peter Paul Boulevard, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including one to her head. The discovery was made after police responded to a "person down" report just before 10:15 p.m. Despite the efforts of first responders, Fletcher was pronounced dead at the scene.
